A bespoke fitting at a tailor's atelier.

Bespoke Luxury

Made for the room you're about to walk into.

From hand-cut tailoring to private commissions and a concierge that understands the questions you shouldn't have to ask twice.

The Atelier

We don't sell luxury. We commission it — by hand, by name, and by the standards you've already set for yourself.

Experiences

Private commissions, beautifully scaled.

Black-tie weekends in Cartagena. A private chef in Lagos for your fortieth. A surprise vow-renewal on a Cycladic terrace. Tell us the moment — we'll compose the rest, down to the playlist your mother loves.

Partnerships

A house of houses.

We work with tailors in Naples, perfumers in Grasse, jewelers in Antwerp, and hoteliers across four continents — each vetted not only for craft, but for the warmth of the welcome they extend to every member of our community.

Concierge

Two a.m., still answering.

Our concierge desk runs around the clock and around the world. One line, one human, one promise: whatever you need, we will find a way — graciously, discreetly, and without you ever having to over-explain who you are.

Memberships

Atelier, Salon, and House.

Three tiers, all generous. Atelier opens the directory and the editorial. Salon adds invitations to private dinners and travel. House adds the concierge and bespoke commissions — for those who'd rather one call than ten.

“The first time someone planned a trip and asked the right questions before I had to — that was the moment I understood luxury could love me back.”

Concierge FAQ

The questions members ask us most.

Safety, scheduling, payment, confidentiality — the plain answers we wish every directory gave you up front.

How does OnyxVoyage vet hotels and venues for safety?
Every hotel, restaurant, and nightlife room in our directory is reviewed by the concierge desk against a single standard: would a Black gay or bisexual member feel safe, welcome, and unhurried walking in alone? We weigh local legal context, staff training, recent member feedback, and direct relationships with hotel general managers. Anywhere we cannot answer yes with confidence does not appear in the Atlas.
When can I reach the concierge desk?
House members reach a live human, twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year — by email, phone, or our private messaging channel. There is no offshore call center and no ticket queue: the same small team that planned your trip is the team that picks up at two in the morning when something needs to change.
How do I begin a bespoke booking or commission?
Send a short note to care@onyxvoyage.com with the dates, the destination or occasion, and anything you would like us to know about the room you are walking into. A concierge will reply within one business day with a proposal, a transparent quote, and the next two or three questions we need answered to begin composing the trip.
Is my booking and personal information kept confidential?
Yes. Member identities, itineraries, and inquiries are held in confidence by the concierge desk. We never share names, photos, or trip details with third parties or partner hotels beyond what is strictly required to deliver the booking, and we will use a discreet booking name on your behalf when local context calls for it.
How does payment and pricing work?
Memberships are billed annually. Bespoke commissions are quoted in writing before any work begins, with a clear breakdown of supplier costs and the concierge fee. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers in USD, EUR, and GBP. There are no hidden mark-ups on partner-hotel rates — where we secure a commissionable rate, the commission is disclosed.
What happens if I need to change or cancel last minute?
The concierge desk handles changes and cancellations on your behalf — including pushing back against supplier policies when context warrants it. We always quote the cancellation terms of every booking up front, and for House members we hold a relationship with most partner hotels strong enough to find a graceful path when life shifts.
Which languages does the concierge desk speak?
The desk works in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese as a matter of course, with vetted translators on call for any other language a destination calls for. Local fixers in each major city brief us in their own language so nothing about the welcome is lost in translation.
